Libraries event space request

Please fill out the form below to request a space in the Libraries for an event. These spaces include large rooms like Deering 208 and the Video Theater and tabling spaces in the University Library entrance.

Please note: Deering Library will be temporarily closed beginning in June 2024 for a renovation. We will be unable to accommodate event requests for Deering 208 after June 10, 2024. Construction may create noise in Ver Steeg. As construction commences, we will appraise the level of disruption.

Please submit your request at least five business days in advance of your event.
